Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray, then lightly flour it.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until mostly smooth. Add the granulated sugar, egg, and vegetable oil (or melted butter) to the mashed bananas, mixing thoroughly until well combined.
